1. Torque Driver

Used for any tightening operation such as mass production, maintenance, etc.
The rotary slip clutch has reduces the possibility of over-torque.

•Rotary slip clutch mechanism.

•Preventing over-torque by "slipping" when more force is applied beyond set torque.

•Toggle clutch type torque detection mechanism ensures accuracy and long durability.

•Easy torque adjustment.

•Locking mechanism prevents the change of torque while in use.

•Applicable to use in the EU region. Comply with calibration procedures of ISO6789 Type II Class D.

•RTDLS series (120CN - 500CN) are added for error-proofing purpose.

2.Torque Wrench

•A standard type for bolt tightening applications.

•A click will signal that the proper amount of torque has been applied.

•The ratchet head features 24 teeth accurately ground to provide durability and creates movement at 15 degree intervals which allows for gear ease of tightening in confined spaces.

•Easy torque setting by graduation.

•Resin grip provides easy operation and user comfort. (Model QL25N-280N)

•E-type models are with an extension handle.

•Applicable to use in the EU region. Comply with calibration procedures of ISO6789 Type II Class A.

•QL100N-3/8 with 3/8 inch square drive is newly added to the range (Dec1st, 2011 onward)

3. Torque Gauge

For measurement of micro torque and calibration of torque tools.

•Bi-directional.

•Suitable for fine torque measurements required in inspection, research and assembly of small parts, such as precision instruments, electronic products.

•Available for measuring rotating objects.

•ATG, BTG models have a three-jaw chuck which firmly grasp object.

•The dial graduations turn by 270 degree each for the left and right, and overload protection is built in.

•Graduation and memory pointer are on the body. That gives easy reading from any position.

•Main body and chuck are locked when pushing "push lock button". Push lock button makes body and chuck secured while using chuck.

4. Power Torque Tools

•High speed and precise tightening by pressing a trigger.

•Easy torque adjustment with graduation.

•Fluctuation of the air pressure will not affect the accuracy and repeatability.

•Small reaction force when set torque is reached.

•LS-type has an added feature of a limit switch that detects missed tightening by connecting to CNA-4mk2 count checker.
